Lucca Summer Festival 2008
Lucca is a fine town to visit at pretty much any time of the year, but the last few years have seen it become increasingly popular in July - the reason being the Lucca Summer Festival. The website is still showing 2007 listings (and is titled for 2006!), but this page, specifying a Sheryl Crow concert on the 6th of July, suggests that we shouldn’t have too long to wait for a lineup announcement for the 2008 edition. Most of the concerts are held al fresco in Piazza Napoleone (aka Piazza Grande), and there’s bound to be something to take your fancy. Start now by browsing our wide choice of Lucca hotels.
P.S - The photograph of Piazza Napoleone dates back a good few years now, back to when it was still possible to drive in and park!
